In this day and age having a healthy view of your body is important. Letting your children know that the perfection they see in magazines and on advertisements is not real or really even attainable. In the last few years the Hollywood secret has been let out. Every photo released is indeed photo shopped. Understanding this yourself, and imparting this to your children, will help them to have a real understanding of health and beauty. Don't be fooled by the perfect models in a magazine.
